About

Bio

My philosophy towards feeling better is to work with taking control of thoughts and gaining insight into the true identity of clients so they understand who they truly are without the baggage of the past. To dissolve the "story" that keeps the tie and the painful past alive. I enjoy using a solution-focused whole body practice. I believe and it is documented in research, that emotions play a huge part in keeping negative and traumatic events alive and I enjoy using Emotional Freedom Technique and teaching clients Emotional Intelligence to assist with these issues
