Singers breath more to upper chest and dancers low under diaphragm " to the belly" It helps strengthen core for balance. If you relax and place your hand over stomach- try relax shoulder - deep breath by nose as pushing against your hand. You should feel muscle extending and strengthening . Excellent exercise . Try dance' ( Tango)
