Chicken pox: There is a chance but not because of a kiss but through contact of the fluid from the blisters. Which you could have on your hands if you held baby.

Minor risk: People with shingles cannot spread chickenpox through the air or a kiss.Only by spreading the germs in the debris weeping from sores. The baby is immune for many months after birth if mother ever had it or the vaccine. Incubation from exposure is 10-21 days, after which you know it was not passed.
