talking triggers bad tachycardia & breathlessness. basic lung & heart tests normal, blood pressure seems low. what blood tests should i have?

Holter monitor: This may be supraventricular tachycardia -- this would be my choice. You'll want to know what kind. The electrocardiogram / EKG will show what might be causing it and what you might do to prevent this annoying problem.
