my blood pressure 126/75 heart rate 103 i'm 22 breathless not good even when sitting down and walking and pains chest could it be angina ?

If you are 22: angina is highly unlikely. However, if you are saying that you are always breathless and having chest pain, you need to be seen. Good luck.
