T cells (cd3 and 4) continue to drop, hiv neg. waiting on more labs- but it's the weekend, are my t cells going to keep dwindling and i waste away?

See immunologist: You have an immune system failure and need to consult an immunologist preferably at an University hospital center as quickly as you can. Your major risk is likely infection but it is unlikely that a few days would make a major difference. Do get an appointment ASAP however and stay away from people who have an active infection and possibly crowds in the interim.
