I did a 4th hiv lab test from vein at 42 days. to be sure, i also had fingerprick 4th gen rapid test at 72 days and oral fluid rapid test at 91 days. all 3 negative. should i worry that i did not wait until 45 days for lab test? or is 42 days enough?

There is no measurable difference in HIV test performance between 42 and 45 days. Anyway, this combination of test results is 100% conclusive. Don't worry about it, and stop testing.
