I had an uncertain exposure to hiv. i took pep at 57 hours, and continued through the 30 days. i tested at day 18 with the abbott 4th gen combo, 23 days with a 4th gen lab, 31 days (day 1 post pep), and then 40 days post incident - all neg. worry?

Your test results show you do not have HIV. However, some experts recommend a final test 3 months after the last dose of PEP. If your doctor recommends it, you definitely can expect another negative result.
