Hiv neg- immune labs ok "good humoral and t cell function" except- cd4=527, range 533-1674. cd3=717, range 958-2388. doc says low. is it severely low?

CD4 and CD3: It will be good to know why they were checked in the first place as these are not routine lab test. In any case if you have "good humoral and T cell function" there is nothing to worry about with those numbers.

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your counts are not severely low and may be your normal. Why was the test done? For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
