Wear Retainers: It is really important that your dentist check you. a. maybe you need adjustment b maybe you can stop wearing them (yaah!) c.maybe you can adjust schedule. The biggest errors occur when retainers are not checked on a regular schedule.

What: What did your treating Dentist or (hopefully) Orthodontic Specialist tell you? Follow those instructions to the letter. As clear aligners do not correct malocclusions as thoroughly as (gold standard) braces, end result tends to be less stable. For best stability, don't skimp. Wear retainers more, not less.
