Talk to the doctor: Radiology reports always include extraneous stuff that is not meaningful but to the point, the little holes on the lateral portion of your vertebral column where nerve roots exit are called foramina. Whenever the nerve roots get pinched, this is foraminal stenosis. Likely your problem, causing radiating pain down the arms. Talk to whoever ordered the MRI about the next step in your care.
