Those are common findings of cervical spondylosis by MRI, a type of degenerative spine disease that affects your neck. There is nothing to concern, you only need medical treatment and physical therapy for these findings, no definite for surgery. Good luck.

The report describes wear and tear degenerative arthritic change with some evident narrowing of the foramina where the nerve roots exit out of the neck into the shoulder and arm. There is no description of a "surgical" lesion. These films may correlate with pain and stiffness symptoms. Discuss results with your doctor.
