Get evaluated.: Be sure it's just a sprain. There are lots of little but strong ligaments in the ankle that can be torn, which could contribute to this swelling. And if torn, you could experience long-term issues with the ankle. You should get an evaluation and perhaps an MRI.

Be seen: You would be wise to be seen just to make sure it is just a sprain and not a fracture and also to make sure there is not also another condition causing the increase in your swelling such as a blood clot.
