See answer : If have not done, would recommend see a urologist and get their opinion on cause of your ejaculation pain as scar tissue would be an uncommon cause of ejaculation-only related pain post-hernia repair. Most nerve entrapments accompanied by pain(s) unassociated with ejaculation. If you're correct, would reserve repeat surgery as a last resort. Most such pains improve with time. Nerve block an option.
