Constipation causes!: The main causes of constipation are dietary. You say you have been this way for weeks. Sit down and write out what you have been eating for the past few weeks. Eliminate those foods known to cause constipation such as rice,barley,oatmeal,milk. You can use enemas too. If all of this doesn't help see your doc.
