Jump up/down pain?: Given your age & presumed otherwise good health (no Type 1 diabetes or genetic disorders), my hunch is that your symptoms are a manifestation of irritable bowel or viral gastroenteritis. Lack of fever or severe pain at rest or on jump would favor a non-emergent condition, but if continuing to worsen, then an ER evaluation is warranted. Knowing your background & possibly a past episode would help.
