AbdPainconstipation: This has few possibilities. 1- constipation causing pain in which case the solution is to resolve the constipation. 2- irritable bowel syndrome with constipation. 3- severe colitis or infection of colon of some type. 4- more seriously tumor or other causes of colon obstruction. Either of these you need to see your primary who would likely refer you to gastroenterologist.
