First of all: Hashimot0 Thyroiditis is Not usually a factor in "constipation" (Can be associated with COELIAC bowel problems =diarrhea) Secondly two days is a very SHORT time and common interval for NORMAL bowel movements! Speak with your PCP (Primary Care Provider for some discussion of bowel HYGIENE! Hope this helps! Dr Z
