Solar purpura?: The picture did not transmit. It seems it is solar purpura, - irregular purple spots/blotches that are seen on the the skin of elderly individuals. It is caused by sun damage to connective tissue and may fade over several weeks. Blood thinners may exacerbate it but please continue your medication. The condition is benign .F/u/ w doc
