I have 2 larger veins in my left testicle, they are purple. i can feel them and see them but they are not enormous. one is large what is that?

Sounds like: varicocele. If you do not have any symptoms, nothing needs to be done. Minor surgery and embolizations are options for treatment, if these progress to cause pain or infertility. Consult with a urologist for specific recommendations.
