I have had a bug bite for 4 days..it is red/purple and is extremly painfull. there is a big lump and the tip of the bite is dark red.what should i do?

You should be seen: After 4 days most insect bites would be long gone. This one is either very serious or it is infected. You may still have a stinger in there and or pus that needs removal and you are unlikely to get relief if this does not happen. Good luck!
