Rx depends on cause: Wisdom tooth removal and parotid duct inflammation probably unrelated but coincidental. Treatment for Stinson's Duct inflammation depends on cause (trauma, stone in duct, infection, etc. Please return to the Dentist or Oral Surgeon who removed your wisdom tooth for an evaluation to determine the best course of treatment.
