Weight loss: You're right. When you lose weight, it comes off all over, not just from around your waist. But 6 kilos is a great start, even if you don't notice an immediate difference in the mirror. Whatever you are doing is working, so keep going. Eventually you will start to feel better and most importantly, you will be healthier without the extra weight.
