Hypertriglyceridemia: Triglycerides are a form of cholesterol from starchy and sugary foods. Alcohol also can increase triglycerides. SO changing diet to include vegetables, good fats like avocado, coconut and seeds and nuts with the vegetables will help. Any food that converts to sugar like processed foods, pasta, rice,breads will increase the triglycerides. Walking and changing diet will bring it down
