Will lortab show on a lab urine screening if the last one taken was 10 or 11 days before the test?

No: It appears as though 70% of hydrocodone will be eliminated in the first 24 hours, and remaining metabolites should be excreted within 3 days (72 hours). Therefore Lortab is unlikely to remain in the body (in substantial quantities) for longer than 3 days
