No: Ambien/zolpidem, although sharing properties with benzodiazepines, is distinct enough not to give a positive as a benzodiazepine on a standard urine drug screen testing for benzodiazepines. That said, a special test can be done to look for zolpidem metabolites if desired. Further, it is recommended to only take medications prescribed to you making it expected for you and your doctor if tested for.
