Not likely: Tramadol will not show up on a urine test it is not an opiate, but Tramadol use can lead to addiction, abuse, and misuse.

Tramadol in urine ??: NO. the usual 12 drug panel is This 12 Panel Urine Drug Test (10 Panel Plus MDMA and Extended Opiates) checks for the presence of 12 drug metabolites including: Amphetamines Methamphetamines Barbiturates Benzodiazepines Marijuana Cocaine Opiates Phencyclidine Methadone Propoxyphene MDMA (Ecstasy) Extended Opiates Tramadol can be detected if its being looked for but in a "full drug panel"
