No: The Suboxone will not show up as an opiate on a drug test. Suboxone will cause a positive test result for Buprenorphine (the active ingredient in suboxone) but that is only if the lab specifically tests for it. After a week, one film strip should not cause a positive result.

No: As already mentioned, Suboxone will never show up on a standard urine drug screen. However, it sounds like our husband has a serious opioid addiction and needs to seek professional treatment. Aa/na meetings are everywhere and are listed in your local paper. Start there to get the best local referrals.
