You would: Need donor eggs and a lot of hormone management if she wanted to carry baby. Long and expensive. May consider a surrogate, but, unless u get a better answer, retrieval of eggs from your wife's ovary is not gonna happen because they were destroyed with the chemo. They make the hormones, thus the menopause. Gd luc! don't give up on being a parent, many options available.
