Hormonal changes: All of those symptoms may develop with hormonal changes. Acupuncture can be useful for helping with certain symptoms- but now you are not only treating your original problems, but the ones that have developed from the hormonal changes associated with the discontinuation of hrt. It will probably take a few months for your system to settle. If things are getting worse, talk to your pmd immediately.

Possible ovulation: Women diagnosed with premature ovarian dysfunction especially young women like you, do ovulate on occasions and there is a possibility of pregnancy 1-5%. You should be alert to these changes if you want to get pregnant. Also check your fallopian tubes and partner sperm. Estrogen therapy does not prevent ovulation.
