Any nail at all?: If no nail growth it may be because the epinicium has healed down to the germinal and sterile matrix preventing any nail growth. Resection of glomus tumor in and of itself should not effect nail growth. Scaring from surgery may effect the nails growth over the sterile matrix causing nail deformity. Seek follow up with your surgeon.
