Pain management: Even if you don't have a hernia, you may have some other condition that can be diagnosed and treated. Please see your doc for an exam. After you know what is or is not happening you can possibly see a mental health professional to learn skills such as clinical and self-hypnosis or biofeeback to help w/pain and provide support. Peace and good health.
