Wait for appt : Make sure outstay hydrated as wait for your appt. The hernia could cause nausea, but its likely due to something else. Options for repair if the hernia include open and laparoscopic approaches, but you should choose the technique the surgeon is most comfortable with. Also, ask how many operations using that technique the surgeon gas done, and what are the outcomes of those operations. Hope this helps.
