What is going on with me? im a 35 year old woman. lots of pain in tailbone area acompanied by urinary infection and minor bleeding.

You may have bladder: Orthopedic problems rarely relate to urinary bladder problems. However, rarely, bladder tumors invade bone in the coccyx, or "tailbone." you need x-rays and probably an MRI to evaluate.
