UTI?: History is not clear, but from what you have told us I am concerned about urinary tract infection. If this is not clearing with increased intake and cranberry juice you should see someone to confirm and treat.

UTI: Unfortunately it does sound like you have a urinary tract infection. You can always call your doctors office and see if he/she has an answering service to see if your physician would call in an antibiotic. If not you can try azo for the pain and continue drinking lots of fluids.

Likely cystitis: U need to get a urinalysis to test for possible infection, then start treatment. Sooner the better.
