i took 1mg of xanax (alprazolam) tonight (monday) and have a urine drug test this saturday. rare user. should i be ok? i have horrible anxiety but no prescription

Probably: If detected at all, the level should be brow threshold. Talk to your physician about this stuff. These meds are a poor long-term way of managing anxiety. If you are in an abusive living or work situation, there may be help getting out. Some guidance on restructuring patterns of thinking may make your life much better. Best wishes.
