A member asked:

Bloodwork came back and just saw that cd4:cs8 ratio is 4.0 and it says an absolute increase in t helper cells was detected. what does this mean?

Nothing: Test results need be interpreted along with the presenting symptoms. Thus an elevated helper cell count (or any blood test) alone usually does not provide a diagnosis. You will need to tell us why the test was obtained in the first place.
