Hello! four hiv tests at 3,7,10 and 13 months negative, all 4th generation tests. still having symptoms like intermittent diarrhea, fungal and sore throat. cd4 is 703, cd8 is 750 cd4/cc8 ratio is 0.93 is it possible that all these tests be false nega?

I've had many HIV tests over the past few months(unprotected vaginal sex with confirmed HIV sexworker). All have been negative. Just had cd4 test and count was 612 and cd8 was 645. Isn't it bad when you have a ratio of below 1??? I'm freaking out!!!?
