The most helpful: thing you can do is wear a wrist splint, especially at night. These are available OTC at most drug stories. It should be snug but not tight. Avoid activities in which you repetitively use your hands; take frequent breaks. Take aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen. Ice your wrists: 20 minutes 3X/day. Avoid sleeping on your hands.
