A member asked:

Just wondering if it could be carpal tunnel syndrome, although in neck and shoulder i'm thinking probably not, right?

No: Carpal tunnel is a problem with a nerve in the arm. It causes numbness and tingling in the hand. Neck and shoulder issues would not be related to carpal tunnel

Where is pain: if you can try to re post your question as its not clear. I am assuming that you have neck and shoulder pain and are wondering if it could be carpal tunnel. It is possible for a pinched nerve to cause pain in the arm down to the hand but usually carpal tunnel does not cause neck pain. if you see a neurologist they can do a nerve study test to confirm diagnosis and start occupational therapy.
