Is there any home remedies to treat carpal tunnel syndrome? my right wrist keeps randomly stinging me?

You could wear a soft wrist splint designed for carpal tunnel patients. Get one at a medical equipment store. Try avoiding continual wrist-hand activities. Applying cold applications and taking anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofen or naproxen may help.

IF you have no numbness or paresthesias just stinging unlikely to be carpal tunnel. Perhaps tendonitis that often responds to night time splinting, NSAIDs and behavioral modification.
