What can be causing swollen ing nodes for 7 weeks. all tests/x-rays normal. found strep and treated last week.nodes remain same size but may be more?

Swollen nodes: Make sure to have a CBC (complete blood count) test done. See your doctor again for re-exam. Nodes which persist may require removal for a tissue diagnosis. Also, the strep infection may still be present despite treatment, so be retested and perhaps retreated with a different antibiotic.
