Please : Please follow up with your physician. Your symptoms are vague, but of concern is your description that you might have jaundice. This would make me very concerned about hepatitis. This could be a coincidence with another associated medical problem, a complication or side effect of your medication treatment for strep throat, or a different ilness associated with sore throat such as infectionus mononucleosis. You need to be reexamned and have some tests. Best wishes.

Visit a doctor: Yellowing of the scleral, change in stool color, and abdominal pain can be signs of liver disease. You need to go and see a doctor asap.
