Have swollen inguinal lymphatic for a month now..just found to have strep throat..could be cause of groin lymph node swelling?

Likely not: Unless you have a strep infection invading your blood pressure , it would not lead to groin node swelling. On the other hand, your problem may actually be a viral one which may cause node enlargement at any part of your body. If the lymph nodes enlargement fail to improve after 2 weeks, see your family doctor.

Could be.: Strep can cause enlarged nodes all over the body. You might also have strep in the anal area or on the legs, closer to the inguinal area.
