Maybe both: In groin might be hernia or lymph node or abscess. The hernia, if that, should be reducible (be able to be pushed in). A lymph node should have sharp borders and be movable. An abscess probably most painful without sharp borders. If not sure go see your doc!

Both breasts burn and hurt/get sharp stabbing pain on the outer sides near the arms. Armpit pain as well, mainly the left side. Arm joints and elbows hurting, lymph nodes in groin hurting, painless lump on side of neck, painful lump on front of neck.
