Currently on day 6 of 10 of cephalexin for a uti. still have a low grade fever (99.2-100 degrees) and some back pain. also, 18 days post c-section.

Cephalexin is not: the best drug for a UTI. Would switch to bactrim or cipro, (ciprofloxacin)especially sine you're still symptomatic.
