I have one brain lesion via an mri. neuro said its a migraine scar, i dont get migraines but do have many ms symptoms. advice?

Confusing: Migraine can cause white matter lesions on MRI, but these are numerous and preferentially to the back of the brain. Migraine does NOT cause brain scars! Your one lesion may be a sign of an emerging process, and perhaps if MS is suspected, MRI of neck could be added, and even spinal fluid test might be useful. If unhappy with current opinion, might consider second opinion.
