Time: Give some time to see if headaches improve. ON a bright note, I assume your MRI was "normal". But, if headaches persist, labs to screen for other medical causes would be justified.

High serotonin: Some people may be sensitive to the side effects of meds including SSRI antidepressants like Zoloft. The increase in serotonin stimulation in your brain may have triggered a migraine headache. Some neurotransmitters, hormonal changes & inflammatory agents can cause migraines. You may continue to experience headaches as your body gradually withdraws from the Zoloft.

You likely have a genetic susceptibility for episodes of classical migraine, and the Zoloft is but one potential provocateur. Other meds could be an issue. A neurologist could assist in "breaking up" this pattern by using preventative items, of which there are many, both OTC and prescription.
