Need work-up.: I this something you just noticed, or has this always been the case? If this is new, then it definitely deserves a neurological work-up. Could be related to nerves in the hand/wrist/arm/neck, or could even be coming from the brain. Blood testing along with imaging studies and nerve tests may be in order.
