Let Healing happen: Healing is not instantaneous. Your question implies that you do not understand injured tissue takes time to heal. Letting the injured fingers rest is best. Taking Ibuprofen or advil or tylenol (acetaminophen) may also be fine in the short term.

Time...: Since there is no break, just give them time to heal. I know this can be difficult when we use our hands for pretty much everything, but time will be the best treatment. Nsaids like Ibuprofen can help, but in your case, taking Aspirin and in enoxapirin, do not take nsaids at this time as they can cause increased danger of bleeding. Try ice, 20min on/20 min off, range as soon as comfortable.
